Who am I and why should you listen to me? (great question!)

I don't teach riding anymore because I don't enjoy teaching the same old position-position-position lessons when most of us can't even feel where our stubborn bodies are going wrong...

I have nothing against all of the lovely instructors and personal trainers trying to help horsewomen feel fit and confident, but that's just not me anymore because I’ve discovered something that works waaaaaaay better (and faster).

If I wasn’t a rider myself (and a serial horse-rescuer and long-backed human who lived through several years of recurring back pain), I wouldn’t have discovered the exact somatic routine I’m offering to you on this page.

But I know there are tons of horse-lovers like me who can’t seem to find training anywhere on how to truly reverse the symptoms of aging and to physically embody what we are learning at all these clinics, seminars and in horsemanship programs…

Horsewomen who are sick of being told that we have to learn to live with all this ‘normalized’ pain, stiffness, fatigue and hormone changes, instead of giving us hope and real solutions that actually get us closer to living and riding like we used to…
